Final done ok good

I've finished my portfolio CD.

Done. It works on CD players as audio and on computers as both audio and data files.

The lightscribe images look good.

And I've made a CD jewel case slip with track listings and that sort of thing. Now I'm not so happy about the print quality, probably because of the printer, and paper, but it looks good enough. I am still a recent graduate in need of a full-time job (in audio?) so I'll have to make do with the resources I have available.

Now... I just hope it shows it's worth this Saturday.

Anyone one to the Eurogamer Expo on Saturday? Should be fun. I hope to chat with developers and indie developers too. And there're a couple of lectures I want to sit in and enjoy. Yeah. Lectures.

Nothing much more to talk about tonight. How about a "Ghosts of Ascalon" review (...haven't I done that yet?) maybe tomorrow if I get time.

I know.

You can't wait.

Me either.

In the meantime, here's something I wrote on the train home from London. A team point to whoever guesses what it's about:

"Like mighty warriors they stand tall in the fields; they carry their burdens far across the lands, serving both large cities and small hamlets. Should they fall, the silent darkness will engulf towns. Upon their shoulders a great power is bestowed."
